Golden West Park is an age 55+ Mobile Home Park.
We currently have 2 manufactured homes for sale.
Both manufactured homes are single wide, 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath.
One home was built in 2024 and has never been lived in, or sold to the public.
The other home was built in 2003, but was completely remodeled in 2025, and has remained unoccupied.
There will probably be a another manufactured home available for sale early 2026.

Located approximately 2 miles East of Placerville, Parkway Drive is a small road directly off of highway 50, 1 mile past the Point View Drive exit. Parkway Drive is also accessible from Newtown Road through Blackberry Meadows Mobile Home Park.
